Tim Empey retired as a Power Plant Engineer- Senior Operator. He has spent his life problem solving, both in the power industry, and in the Custom Home Construction industry. He has been in the top of the construction industries for over 20 years. His custom homes have been in the most pristine neighborhoods of San Diego and San Luis Obispo Counties and now in Idaho. He has excelled at any challenge, including the unique challenges of subterranean cliff-side & ocean-side homes.
Julie Empey has been a manager and a project manager for corporations both in Idaho and California and also internationally. Julie is dedicated to keeping the budget on track and working with the client's financing needs. Dedicated to the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and the closing of the project.
